Crystal Volpe began C & V Income Tax Services in 1988 and has spent the last 36 years gaining knowledge and experience dealing with Canada Revenue Agency and the Income Tax Act.
She is a Certified Tax Writer with several income tax certifications including personal, self employed, business, rental, deceased, trust, foreign and United States tax returns.
Crystal has developed systems and procedures to ensure the highest level of service to her clients. The incredible team she has built at C & V Income Tax Services are like family, not only to each other but to our customers. Her passion for life and willingness to do what ever it takes to help anyone has been the foundation of her business.

Kyle Morash
About Kyle
Joining C & V Income Tax Services in January 2019, Kyle has proven to be an essential asset to the team. Upon graduating from the Fanshawe accounting program, he seamlessly transitioned into the role of office manager, bringing with him a positive and can-do attitude that has become synonymous with his work.
Kyle's warm and approachable demeanor extends to both colleagues and clients, making him a trusted and reliable figure in the office. His dedication is further exemplified by the completion of advanced tax preparation courses, demonstrating a commitment to staying updated on industry developments. As the office manager, Kyle's professionalism and genuine care contribute significantly to the success and cohesion of C & V Income Tax Services.

Tiffany Peverall
About Tiffany
Tiffany joined C & V Income Tax Services in 2013 as our Human Resource Manager. Tiffany hails from Australia and has spent a great number of years self employed. Tiffany's varied experience in both the financial and farming sectors allows her the ability to connect seamlessly with our team members and students. Her easy going attitude and fun loving nature makes her relatable and approachable.
Tiffany works closely with Crystal to develop company policies and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as labor relations, benefits, and employee services. Tiffany provides her support to our staff via email, phone or in person. She is always available to support our staff with onboarding and transitioning new office policies and procedures.
Justin Tereschyn
About Justin
Justin joined C & V Income Tax Services as a Senior Tax Preparer in 2019. Justin came to us with a strong background in rental properties and bookkeeping. Justin has fantastic customer service skills including an easy going, friendly attitude.
Justin graduated from Western University with distinction in Honours Specialization Accounting through the Management and Organizational Studies Program. Since joining the C & V team he has completed multiple courses including; Cross Border Taxation, Business Proprietorship, and Advanced Income Tax Preparation. He specializes in preparing returns involving rental properties, HST returns and self-employed businesses. Justin consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that our clients’ returns are prepared accurately.

Adam Borges
About Adam
Adam joined C & V Income Tax Services in January 2021 as a cooperative education student from Fanshawe. Adam has completed his studies while working and has an Accounting diploma and degree. Once he finished his cooperative education, we hired him as a tax preparer where he works with our clients up front in our office to complete their tax returns and to go over the returns.
Adam has fantastic customer service skills including having a keen attention to detail to the Income Tax Act. Adam's strong foundation allowed him to learn quickly and jump into all aspects of the business. Adam has continued his professional development by furthering his education with our Advanced Tax Preparation course and perfecting his skills. Adam can be found going over tax returns with clients as well as consulting and tax preparation.

About Kristina
Kristy joined C & V Income Tax Services part time during the 2022 tax season and then returned for the 2023 tax season where she decided to stay on in the off season and will be working full time come the 2024 tax season. Kristy graduated from the Business Accounting program at Fanshawe College in 2009 and has 14 years of experience.
While working at C & V, Kristy has continued to learn and gain knowledge to ensure tax returns are prepared correctly. She has a great understanding of how investments are claimed and also helps to prepare rental statements. She has completed the Advanced Income Tax Preparation course and always looks forward to learning new things. You can find Kristy preparing taxes, watching reception, and helping clients pick up tax returns.

About Alison
Alison joined C & V Income Tax Services in 2022 as a part-time receptionist and returned to join the team full time in the 2023 year. Alison continues to work on her Business - Finance Diploma through Fanshawe College and has participated in our Tax Preparation course.
After gaining experience with phone calls and developing her tax knowledge, Alison now assists clients one on one via email, in person, and over the phone. Alison also assists with our accounts that are outstanding in the Collections department.

Liam McCall
About Liam
Liam joined C & V Income Tax Services in January of 2020 as a Fanshawe cooperative education student working with us for a work placement. He stayed on following the completion of the work placement and worked in the Finance department processing payments that came in online. He graduated from Fanshawe in December of 2020 with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting Degree and has since moved on from the Finance department, and is now in charge of reviewing tax returns for accuracy and completeness before having a final review by Crystal.

About Ellah
Ellah joined C & V Income Tax Services as a Tax Associate in January 2022 as a part of her cooperative education program at Fanshawe College. Ellah has continued working with us after she graduated from the Honours Bachelor of Commerce - Accounting Program at Fanshawe in June 2023. Her positive attitude towards her fellow coworkers and our clients makes her a great asset to the team. Now, she continues to expand her tax vocabulary through our Tax Course. With the experience that she’s obtained throughout her time with us, she is now determined to share her knowledge to the upcoming cooperative education students as a Tax Associate Supervisor.
